Each Faith Without Fear piece is thoughtfully designed and engraved specifically for you. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review the information below before placing a custom order.

Once your design proof is approved, the design is considered final and will be engraved exactly as shown.

Because engraving permanently marks the material, changes cannot be made after approval for any reason, including spelling, layout, sizing, or design preference.

We kindly ask that you review your proof carefully before approving to ensure everything is exactly as you intended. Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, dates, names, and design selections before submitting an order.

For the cleanest engraving results, we recommend vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF.
High-resolution PNG or JPG files may work but could require adjustments. Screenshots or low-quality images may limit engraving quality.

Laser engraving permanently marks the surface of the material rather than adding ink or color. Very fine details, small text, gradients, or shading may engrave more softly than they appear on screen.

We work with real, beautiful materials. Natural variations in wood grain, leather texture, cork, and coated metals are normal and part of the handcrafted process. No two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, grain, engraving depth, and finish are to be expected which makes our creations as unique as our customers who order them.

If you have a preferred size or placement, please include it with your request. If none is specified, we will choose what best complements the item and design.

Engraving contrast varies by material and finish. Some designs appear bold and high-contrast, while others are subtle and tone-on-tone. Final appearance depends on both the material and engraving process.

Custom orders require additional time for design, proofing, and engraving. Production begins only after final design approval. Rush orders may be limited or subject to additional fees.

For larger quantities, one approved design proof represents the entire order. Slight variations may occur due to material characteristics.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote.

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, custom orders are non-returnable once the design is approved and engraved. These products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

By submitting text, images, logos, or designs, the customer confirms that they own the rights to use the content or have permission from the rights holder. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Faith without Fear from any claims arising from the use of customer provided content.

Our products may include faith based or inspirational language intended to encourage and uplift. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or personal experiences from the use of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith without Fear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Faith without Fear collects names, addresses, and customized text and designs to fulfill customer orders requests. We do not sell personal data, and payment is handled by a third party.
